Failure or Plot Twist?
As authors of our lives, let’s write the next chapter with plot twist wisdom to move us in the direction of our (perhaps new) dreams. Accept the previous lessons as you turn the page.
What Fuels Your Flame?
Tell me about yourself. I’m happy to hear about all your doings, but I’m most interested in your inner life. What fuels your flame?
Do you know?
How can you explore your interests, talents, passions?
Un-Learn That Sh*t
Warped conditioning, outworn beliefs, perception of unworthiness, and shoddy behavior has got to go… there’s no room in your Best Life for the crap not serving you and your interests, desires, passions, values and joy.
Clarity
Clarity in presence is floating in the flow of life, without resistance, to reveal a powerful energy of connection with your truth. Maybe you notice it when you’re fully immersed in your sport, music or art. Maybe it’s facilitated by peaceful settings in nature…
Perception: Love
If you sit with yourself and make one choice at a time to look at each experience as if it comes from a place of Love, even the dreadful ones, you’ll begin to see a shimmer of light. Dissipate one layer with one choice. Repeat. Often.
Perception: Truth
When you nurture your interests and discover your passions and purpose, the landscape of Life brightens. The puzzle pieces fall into place. Ease joins your efforts.
Perception: Connected
When you look for connection with family, friends and strangers, how does your outlook change?
Perception: Blessed
When you look for the blessings in your life and your surroundings, how does your day change?
