Hazelnut Snack Balls

🎶 It’s time to deck the halls with hazelnut snack balls!


1 cup hazelnuts, chopped (I use my little food processor)

1/3 cup almond butter, plus extra if balls don’t form well enough, 1/2 cup was too much

1/4 cup hemp seed

1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon

3/4 cup chocolate chunks (or chips) or raisins, if you want totally healthy


Mix the ingredients by hand.  Form into bite size balls, not too big because they are quite rich.  Makes about 20 snack balls and 4 is filling.

Store in the refrigerator.

Yummy as a snack or as an on-the-go breakfast.
