The Four Agreements, Toltec Wisdom
Don Miguel Ruiz shares Toltec Wisdom, which has made a peaceful heart (and home) possible for us, one conscious decision at a time.
Be Impeccable with Your Word.
Don’t Take Anything Personally.
Don’t Make Assumptions.
Always Do Your Best.
As a family, we were able to shift our perspective and find peace more often than not.
Clarity
Clarity in presence is floating in the flow of life, without resistance, to reveal a powerful energy of connection with your truth. Maybe you notice it when you’re fully immersed in your sport, music or art. Maybe it’s facilitated by peaceful settings in nature…
Perception: Truth
When you nurture your interests and discover your passions and purpose, the landscape of Life brightens. The puzzle pieces fall into place. Ease joins your efforts.
Perception: Blessed
When you look for the blessings in your life and your surroundings, how does your day change?
Unmet Expectations
I seriously didn’t even pay attention to my own expectations until Life with Littles. Of course I had expectations, but for me they were simply an ironclad guide for a smooth life, and not something I actively considered may differ from others’. Naive? Well, yeah.
Send YourSelf Love
What is your Truth? You may need healthier food, more activity, time with friends, focus on your passions, rest, quiet, spirituality… the core of each is Love for yourSelf.
Peace in Sedona
As I hiked Cathedral Rock in Sedona, this verse was dancing over the mountains, diving through the valleys, resting in each tree, whispering on the wind, and offering Peace around each bend.
Where do you feel peace?
Dissipate the Darkness of Loneliness
The loneliest place on the planet is in the midst of disconnected humans.
We humans are connected whether we acknowledge it or not. We humans need connection whether we acknowledge it or not. Joy comes from embracing that connection. Pretending it isn’t so just leads to loneliness. Shine your light to dissipate the darkness of loneliness. As we give, so will we receive.
