Salad Dressing, My Favorite Balsamic Vinaigrette
1:1 Olive oil from Italy or Greece and Balsamic vinegar
I use a liter olive oil jar. When it’s half empty, I add balsamic vinegar, 2 Tablespoons of dijon mustard and 1/4 teaspoon salt. I shake it, and the flavors are well blended after half hour.
The measurements are not too important. You can adjust any ingredient based on your liking.
If you like daily salads, this size may last your Fam about a week. Of course, you can make a smaller amount, just reduce the ingredients proportionately.
