It’s easy to be swept away into the current of the busy, hectic, swirling days. At some point, feeling drained, you’re reaching for another cup of coffee or looking for a place to hide. Why is life so exhausting?

What if… we could find a boost of energy and live in the flow of life?

Your inner power source is sitting in the stillness of your center. It’s likely hidden by the problems, challenges, and basic busy-ness at home, at work, in school. It may be disconnected at the moment, but you just need to plug in.

Connect with yourSelf. Your wisest, strongest self is also patient and patiently waiting for your awareness.

I’m not sure why we have the disconnect: Cultural Disconnect, Spiritual Disconnect, Family Disconnect, Self Disconnect. I’ll suggest these blown fuses actively drain our personal energy when what we’d all really like is more energy.

Bill is paid in full. Perhaps we just need to flip the switch. Plug in and re-charge with the unlimited energy of your desires, passions and interests. The most complicated things are sometimes the most simple. (No, I’m not related to Yogi Bera.) We see this energy crisis as complicated, when the intention and awareness of a few moments is long enough to flip the switch and connect with your power. Focus on your inner guide. Stillness, awareness and prayer are excellent connectors. This inner guide will indicate what boosts your energy with a simple thumbs up or thumbs down. Your job is to remember to flip the switch. In darkness, flip the flippin’ switch. Choices. Habits. Awareness. Energy.
